Organic unbleached hard red spring wheat and/or winter wheat flour, organic malted barley flour, purified water, wildflower honey, organic minced garlic, organic spices (white sesame seeds, black sesame seeds, poppy seeds, onion), mineral sea salt. Brushed with grass-fed butter.
