Organic unbleached hard red spring wheat and/or winter wheat flour, organic malted barley flour, organic semi-sweet chocolate chips, purified water, organic brown sugar, organic vital wheat gluten, organic espresso, mineral sea salt, organic vanilla. Brushed with grass-fed butter.
